Yes. When signing up, choose "Personal & family". The menu is simplified to vehicles, home, electronics, warranties and reminders — without office features such as approvals or purchasing. Family members can be invited to record too. Just keep document numbers and due dates; there is no need to upload photos of vehicle ownership papers or ID cards.
Any. Factories, offices, warehouses, hospitals, schools, hotels, restaurants, transport companies — anyone with assets to maintain. Unused modules can be turned off to keep things simple.
AI results are never saved automatically. Uncertain fields are marked yellow, and you must review them and press Confirm.
The whole database is backed up automatically every night and kept for 14 days outside the web folder. If data is deleted by accident, reach us via the Contact us button and we will help restore it. Company admins can also download all data to Excel at any time from Settings.
